NOTE THAT CHRISTOS DOES ALLOW STORE CREDIT FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR WE CAN CHANGE THE ITEM THAT WAS ORIGINALLY ORDERED FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT. 

CHRISTOS ALLOWS RETURNS & EXCHANGES UP TO 5 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE SHIPMENT PER ORDER. A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS UPON THE ARRIVAL AND INSPECTION OF YOUR RETURN. IF CHRISTOS DETERMINES THAT ANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. ABANDONED PACKAGE

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO CHRISTOS NEW YORK, WE WILL SEND OUT A FOLLOW UP EMAIL AND WILL ONLY HOLD YOUR PACKAGE FOR 30 DAYS BEFORE IT IS MARKED AS ABANDONED. AFTER 30 DAYS, AN ABANDONED PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
